Hazelnut Cacao Spread

 

Organic Ingredients:

 

  • 2 cups roasted hazelnuts
  • 1 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Natura Fiber
  • ½ cup MCT oil
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cup inulin
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • pinch of pink salt

 

Method:

 

  • In a food processor or high-speed blender combine the hazelnuts, sunflower seeds and MCT oil until smooth.
  • Slowly add in the cacao powder, inulin, stevia, salt and blend until well combined.
  • Gently stir in Natura Fiber and let it stand for 5 minutes as it thickens up.
  • Store in a tightly sealed mason jar for up to 1 month.
